Monday Monday

This morning started off like most other Mondays. Get up, go run, go to shower and then work. And that's exactly what I did today. However, realizing that I was only 3.3 miles away from finishing my Route 66 virtual run, I wanted to make sure that I got all of those miles in. So I did. It was a beautiful morning. The lake looked like glass. It was so pretty.

I noticed I was still sore from yesterday's run with my shins aching a bit but nothing I couldn't handle. It was all good. I did have a small adventure today in that I traveled southwards to the heart of the desert heat from training for work. I'm looking forward to it, but since I was given the blue screen of death on my laptop, I shall have to make due with writing from my phone. Not as cool for sure. Plus I am having problems with my feet.
Hello from the Lakeside Cemetery
Too Pretty

My feet are pretty awesome I think. However, from Sunday's run, I have a blister on my ankle, not cool, and from a very poor diet and eating wayyy to much wheat and shit, I am developing small little blisters between my toes on only one foot. Makes total sense to me. They are just water blisters and the reason I say it's from a poor diet is because when my daughter eats wheat, it comes out in the strangest ways. She gets these little tiny water blisters between her fingers and it itches a bunch. The only way to get rid of it is to not have wheat. Ugh! Oh well I guess.

I also haven't figured out how to add photos from my phone to my blog, it's weird, trust me, there is no proof to show that I did run. But I did. I will update the blog when I get home this weekend. Until then, happy running friends.
